Any person of any race can have unwarranted hate or prejudice against any other person of any race. Racism, however, is institutionalized oppression based on skin color and acts that uphold institutionalized oppression based on skin color. Hell, hate doesn’t even have to be a part of racism. You can be racist against someone and not hate them.
