White privilege is not having to turn in a doctor note along with ETR reports, IEP , notes from therapists and other medical notes to an office just to prove you have a mental disorder. White privilege is not worrying that the hiring manager or appeal officer will ask for more evidence just because they suspect you are lying. White privilege is having an appeal granted just because you said you have said disorder with a doctor’s note that might be forged, and not having to be investigated for x amount of time just to prove you have said disorder.
