When you try and say you’re not voting for Obama because he’s bad for people of color,

while people of color are telling you that Obama is who’s going to be best for us,

you’re fucking up.

To name a few, Cornel West, Tavis Smiley, and everyone at Black Agenda Report are not saying such things. In fact, they are saying the very opposite. I feel pretty fucking confident in saying that the Black Panthers, Martin Luther King Jr., Stokely Carmichael, and Malcom X would not give Obama the time of day. I know that the majority of the black community wants Obama, but nobody is really asking why they want him. The PoC population in the United States has been held hostage by the Democratic party for well-over half a century.

Obama has addressed a few social issues, but he hasn’t done anything legitimately good for all of us little people, especially PoC. Oh, your healthcare is a bit cheaper? You’re a young undocumented immigrant and you get to stay in the U.S. as long as you go to college or join the military here? Wake up and smell the bullshit. Healthcare is still insanely expensive, it is not of the best quality, and corporations will always win. Our imperialist military still gets over half of the country’s spending. It is next to impossible to go to school here without being indebted to a bank for the rest of your days. Obama doubled the number of deportations of undocumented immigrants in his first term compared to G.W. Bush’s first term. Guess what? It’s election year and Obama was running the risk of losing the Hispanic vote. I’m not trying to come off as superior, but Obama is just terrible. To entertain the possibility of Obama being a legitimately good man who became president to make some radical, revolutionary changes: stop putting so much faith in a president. It won’t turn out good.

I may be white, but I think that when you say Obama is good for anyone, you’re fucking up. Excuse me, he’s great for capitalists, warlords, dictators, statists, and white people.
