White privilege is the attachment parenting hype. WoC have been carrying their children in slings and nursing longer than what was considered “correct” in Western society for centuries, only getting being called “barbaric” or “uncivilised” out of it. But when a white doctor comes up with the idea, it becomes the new big thing in parenting, and he of course gets rich promoting it.
