The more they panic, the more white people show their racism

“I’m just afraid of being called racist and that you won’t like me anymore!”

Welp, that’s probably what you are if that’s your GREATEST fear.

It’s not about never saying or doing anything problematic. You WILL. It WILL happen. It’s pretty much inevitable.

But just fucking accept that, accept that you are white and have white privilege, and you have whiteness ingrained in you — thinking of white people like yourself as “superior” and think of anything else outside of whiteness as “inferior.”

Work to unlearn and debunk your own whiteness, hold yourself accountable for what you do and say, and LISTEN to PoC who tell you you are doing and saying shit.

That is ALL we are asking.

But you panicking about it just shows that you don’t want to do any of it, especially the “hold yourself accountable” part. And you expect PoC to hold your hand and treat you gently because you’re “scared” and you “mean well.”

Generally, I won’t keep irresponsible mother fuckers as friends, but especially white people. Because they’re the ones who will fuck you over and then blame YOU because they were just “scared” of being called racist.

What you are revealing is that you’re afraid PoC will reject your whiteness that you really don’t want to let go.

But frankly, whiteness SHOULD be rejected.

So, you better work on yourself before you ever be around PoC. Believe me, you “panicked” white people are not as feeble as you say you are. Denying your learned white rage completely, you’re usually the ones who stab us the deepest and the most likely to get away with it because you were just “scared.”

I don’t fucking feel sorry for you at all, because usually, all you’re doing all along is playing psychological and emotional warfare.
